Public Works Appreciation Week

May 18–24, 2025 marks National Public Works Week — a time to recognize the vital contributions of the people who help build, maintain, and support the services and infrastructure we rely on every day. Public Works employees:
- Maintain and repair roads, bridges and airport infrastructure;
- Keep our trails and green spaces beautiful and safe to use; and,
- Ensure reliable water and wastewater systems.
Their work doesn’t go unnoticed, and its impact is felt across the Municipality on a day-to-day basis. We extend our heartfelt thanks to the entire Public Works team - we are proud to recognize and celebrate your efforts this week!
