Rental Equipment
In accordance with Policy AG01, the Municipal District of Fairview No. 136 has made available for rent, a variety of agricultural tools and equipment.
To rent tools or equipment from the Municipality:
- Complete and submit an equipment rental agreement and waiver (available in-person at the Administration Office);
- Pay a deposit and rental fee, if required;
- Pick up and return rental equipment between the hours of 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday to Friday;
- Return equipment cleaned and in good condition (failure to do so may result in cleaning fees, repair fees or forfeiture of rental deposit).
To ensure that the rental item is available when needed, it is strongly recommended that you contact the Municipality to reserve the item beforehand.
