Hamlet Water
The Municipal District of Fairview No. 136 provides treated water to residents of the Hamlets of Bluesky and Whitelaw.
Utility bills are sent out at the beginning of every month to Hamlet residents. A penalty of 4.5% will be applied to the outstanding balance on the first day of each month. Any bill that remains unpaid after 30 days following the date of billing shall be subject to disconnection of service forthwith and a $50.00 disconnection and $50.00 re-connection fee will be applied and collected before service is re-instated.

Truck Fill Locations
Potable water sales are available at the Municipality's truck fill locations in the Hamlets of Bluesky and Whitelaw:
- Hamlet of Bluesky: Area C, Plan 9423055 (905 1 Avenue)
- Hamlet of Whitelaw: Lot 6, Block 5, Plan 1400 ET (NR 02 1 Street East)
Non-potable water sales are available at the Municipality's truck fill location at:
- Whitelaw Springs: NW-35-81-01-W6 (Range Road 12)
Prior to accessing the services provided at the truck fill stations, users are required to set up an account. To set up an account, please visit the Municipal Administration Office or contact the Administration Department at 780-835-4903. Once the account is active, you will be provided a PIN and Access Code which allow you to purchase water at all Municipal truck fill locations.
Usage is electronically recorded and Accounts Receivable invoices are sent out at the beginning of every month to municipal truck fill account holders. Invoices must be paid 30 days after invoice date to keep the account active.

The Fairview Rural Water Co-op provides potable water to certain areas of the Municipal District of Fairview No. 136.
