Change of Address
To change your mailing address, please complete the Change of Address Form and submit to the Municipality by any of the following methods:

Completion and submission of the Change of Address Form will not effect the change on any Certificates of Title registered at Alberta Land Titles. It is strongly advised that you contact Alberta Land Titles regarding any changes to your name or your address to ensure that any Certificates of Titles registered to you accurately reflect your name and address.
