The Municipal District of Fairview No. 136 tax certificate will state the date and amount of the most recent taxation levy, local improvement amount, and the balance outstanding (including arrears and penalties).

To request a Tax Certificate, either:

Complete the Tax Certificate Request Form and submit to the Municipality by email or by fax to 780-835-3131; or,
Complete and submit the electronic Form below.
