2025 Property Tax Notices - Mailed!

Property Tax Notices were mailed on June 16, 2025.
Property tax payments are due on July 31, 2025. On August 1, 2025 a 2% penalty will be applied to outstanding balances and will continue to be applied monthly thereafter. On January 1, 2026, unpaid taxes are considered arrears as defined by the Municipal Government Act.
Notices were mailed to property owners registered at the Alberta Land Titles Office as of June 1, 2025. If you became an owner after June 1, 2025 or are a titled owner of property within the Municipality and did not receive a notice, it is your responsibility to obtain a copy.
Failure to receive a tax notice is not a reason for non-payment of taxes, and will not exempt you from payment of late penalties should they be applied.
