2024 Right-of-Way Brushing Project

Please be advised that the Municipal District of Fairview No. 136 had awarded a contract for the removal of brush in approximately 30km of ditches in ranges 5 and 6. This project see the mulching of all trees and brush from the entire 66 foot right of way or from road edge to field edge, whichever is less. The areas where the brushing activities will be taking place is noted in the attached map. This work is expected to begin in early February and will take approximately one month to complete.

Please note that trees and brush within any right-of ways adjacent to ratepayer infrastructure such as yard sites and fence lines will be addressed separately at a later date.
