Property Tax Reminder

Property Tax REMINDER:

Property owners within the Municipal District of Fairview No. 136, please take notice that property taxes for the taxation year 2023 were levied to your property, and Property Tax Notices were mailed on June 23, 2023.

Property tax payments were due on July 31, 2023. A 2% penalty has been applied to all outstanding balances and will continue to be applied monthly on outstanding balances. At January 1, 2024, unpaid taxes are considered arrears as defined by the Municipal Government Act.

If you are the titled owner of property within the MD, and you did not receive a tax notice, please contact the MD office for a copy. Failure to receive a tax notice is not a reason for non-payment of taxes.
