Any persons claiming to be affected by this decision may appeal to the Peace Regional Subdivision and Development Appeal Board. Such an appeal shall be in writing stating grounds for the appeal and delivered personally or by registered mail no later than 21 Days after the Date of Decision and addressed to the Chief Administrative Officer of the Municipal District of Fairview No. 136. A fee of $150.00 per appeal shall apply. Pursuant to section 685(3) of the Municipal Government Act, no appeal lies in respect of a development permit for a permitted use, unless the provisions of the Land Use Bylaw were relaxed, varied, or misinterpreted. |
