Bylaw No. 994/ADM/2022 - Community Standards Bylaw

The Council of the Municipal District of Fairview No. 136 has given first reading to the Bylaw 994/ADM/2022 - Community Standards Bylaw, a bylaw for the purpose of regulating, controlling and abating nuisances, noise, dangerous and unsightly premises within the Hamlets of Bluesky and Whitelaw.

Council held a public meeting on October 19, 2022, at the Whitelaw Agricultural Society Hall for residents of the Hamlets of Whitelaw and Bluesky to receive input on the Community Standards Bylaw. 

A copy of Bylaw 994/ADM/2022 - Community Standards Bylaw is available for inspection at the Municipal Administrative Office at 10957 – 91 Avenue, Fairview, AB.
